Champagne Brunch!
This coming Saturday August 2nd at 9:30am I will be cheffing it up with silky French omelettes stuffed with Boursin, herbs, and greens from the garden alongside umami laden gougères. To top it off the Grower Champagne will be flowing!
Steak & Wine Night Wednesdays
Steak and wine night has been going crazy delicious, so let's keep this hedonism train rolling!
Our next steak and vino night will be on the 30th of July with seatings at 5:15 and 7pm.
I will be serving up the juiciest, flavor rich, maillard driven cut of the Chateaubriand atop a silky, melt in your mouth puree of pommes and an ethereal cloud of sauce bearnaise. To bring it all together we will be decanting the Castello di Verduno 2019 Barbaresco Rabaja-Bas. This wine has been absolutely stunning as of late and just may steal the show. Reservations are very limited and we are offering two seatings; one at 5:15 and one at 7pm.
